I’m Stian Glatthard, a 23-year-old aspiring film director originally from Switzerland. Having worked internationally as a self-employed filmmaker and freelancer, this journey has taken me to unexpected places, introduced me to inspiring people, and given me meaningful experiences.

My latest short film, which went on an international festival tour, received recognition on IMDb, along with several small wins and nominations.

In addition to this creative journey, my studies in psychology and interest in intellectual pursuits have enriched my work. This blend ignites my passion for the world of thinking, feeling, and doing, allowing me to explore thought-provoking themes and bring depth to my projects.

I approach filmmaking as a collaborative process rooted in curiosity and emotional honesty, aiming to create work that is both tasteful and timeless. Inspired by the great minds of our world, I bring thoughtfulness, depth, and intention to every project, exploring ideas that matter.

Long-term, I’m focused on narrative filmmaking, with the ambition to direct both short and feature-length films.
